This will be an entirely separate function from the block’s management, although we anticipate considerable benefits to the building with improved tenant quality and preventative maintenance. Our staff are regularly on site and know the building intimately, which will feed through into what we believe will be an unbeatable service to you and your tenants, relieving you from all aspects of managing your rental property.
